Private Residence
This 3,500 square foot private residence sits on the golf course in Ocean Pines, Maryland. The design team worked through several challenges regarding the site location within a cul-de-sac with several neighborhood easements. The team met its goal of taking advantage of the golf course view and the building’s envelope. The home includes a screened porch, fire place, a loft and open living space and dining areas for guests to gather.
