SALISBURY, MD – June 21, 2017 – Fisher Architecture LLC, a locally owned, experienced architectural firm providing functional design and construction solutions to clients, announced the opening of the new Easton Office Building, located at 28640 Mary’s Court in Easton, Maryland. This building is now home to local companies Avon-Dixon Agency, LLC and Axis Geospatial.
“It is always a great opportunity to help serve the needs of local companies looking to grow their business,” said Keith Fisher, Fisher Architecture. “When a business expands to a new location the odds are stacked in their favor because they can better serve the market with upgraded space that aligns with their business goals.”
Willow Construction served as the general contractor for the new 22,274 square foot building. The project included a structural steel frame with structural metal stud infill, a split face block and EIFS facade, an elevator, and two interior fit outs. Fisher Architecture designed the rear of the building with an additional entrance to accommodate the second floor tenants’ needs. The project was completed on time to meet tenant move-in schedules.
“From concept to completion, Keith and Kathryn were exceptional throughout the whole process,” said Doug James, managing partner. “This is the finest office building in Easton. It is a state-of-the-art modern office space that is energy efficient with room for expansion for the tenants.”
